By creating an account, making a purchase, or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
2. Services
SolveX provides:
- Custom web development and design services.
- Digital templates and downloadable products.
- Automation and growth consulting.
- Strategy calls and project consultations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the listed amount via your selected payment method.
- A purchase record will be created in your account upon successful payment verification.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect completed purchases.
5. Digital Products and Templates
- Upon successful payment, you will be granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template or digital product.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share downloaded files with third parties.
- Digital products are delivered via download link or access URL provided in your dashboard.
- Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.
6. Bookings and Consultations
- Strategy calls are free of charge unless otherwise communicated.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- We will provide a Google Meet link for confirmed bookings via your dashboard.
- Please cancel bookings at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on SolveX — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of SolveX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell our digital products without authorization.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
